Screening
When a potential candidate is identified, our recruiter carefully reviews their resume to assess qualifications.
Next, the recruiter conducts a phone interview to evaluate key traits such as professionalism, maturity, and positivity, ensuring a strong fit for the role.

Pre-Interview Process
Before the interview, candidates complete a general application, a supplemental questionnaire, and other necessary paperwork, such as tax forms.

They are also provided with detailed information about our placement policies and expectations and are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Interviewing & References
The core of our process is the interview. Each candidate undergoes a thorough interview with a recruiter, conducted either in-person or via video, to ensure a comprehensive assessment.

We place great importance on verifying references. We contact employment references to confirm they are relevant to the candidate’s resume and ensure that each reference comes from a supervisory or managerial position.
